Ripe avocados - 2
 
Lime juice - 1/4 cup
 
Heavy cream - 1 cup, whipped

Directions

MAKING
1. Cut the avocados lengthwise and separate the halves and remove the seeds
Remove the meat and tip into an electric blender to blend with lime juice and salt if required. Set aside to chill
SERVING
2. Decorate with tomato wedges and corn chips and serve chilled.
