Avocado-Crab Dip Recipe
Ingredients
1 large avocado, seeded, peeled and cubed
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon grated onion
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 8-ounce package cream cheese softened
1/4 cup dairy sour cream
1 7 1/2-ounce can crab meat, drained flaked and cartilage removed
Directions
In blender container or small bowl combine avocado, lemon juice, onion, and Worcestershire.
Blend or beat till smooth.
Add cream cheese, sour cream, and 1/4 teaspoon salt; blend well.
Stir in crab; chill.
Serve with crackers.
