Avocado-Crab Cocktail Recipe

Shredded lettuce
 
1 small avocado, peeled and cubed
 
5-oz. can crab, drained and flaked
 
1 1/2 tsp. grated onion
 
1/4 cup mayonnaise
 
1 1/2 tsp. chili sauce
 
1 1/2 tsp. finely chopped chutney
 
4 small wedges avocado

Directions

Line bottom of 4 sherbet glasses with shredded lettuce shortly before serving time.
Combine avocado cubes, crab and onion, tossing lightly with a fork.
Divide mixture among the prepared glasses.
Blend mayonnaise, chili sauce and chutney and spoon some of mixture over each cocktail.
Top each with a wedge of avocado and serve immediately.
