Directions
1. Mix the lemon juice with the avocados and stir well.
2. After ten minutes, drain avocados and then set the juice aside for later
3. Mix the catsup, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish and salt with the avocado juice and set aside to chill.
SERVING
4. Arrange avocados in cocktail glasses pour the juice over and set aside to chill.
