2 Ige. apples, cubed
1 ripe avocado, cubed
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. cream
1 tsp. minced onion
2 c. cubed cooked chicken
1/4 c. crumbled Bleu cheese
Directions
Sprinkle apples and avocado with lemon juice.
Combine mayonnaise and cream; add onion.
Toss avocado, apples, cheese and chicken with cream dressing.
