Avocado And Ham Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Lemon juice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 4 ripe avocados, halved and peeled | ||
| 2 heads of red-leaf lettuce or Boston lettuce, leaves separated,washed and patted dry | ||
| Ham | 3 Pound | |
| 8 medium size tomatoes, cut into quarters | ||
| 1 purple onion, peeled and cut into thin rings | ||
| Vinaigrette | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ground black pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Parsley | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Watercress | 1 Bunch (100gm), garnish | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Mix lemon juice and water together in a small bowl.
Slice peeled avocado and dip into lemon juice mixture.
Drain.
Line a large serving platter with lettuce leaves.
Arrange avocados, ham, tomatoes and onion rings in a decorative spiral fashion on lettuce leaves.
Drizzle salad with lemon vinaigrette.
Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Garnish with watercress
