Ingredients

 Lemon juice1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Water1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 4 ripe avocados, halved and peeled
 2 heads of red-leaf lettuce or Boston lettuce, leaves separated,washed and patted dry
 Ham3 Pound
 8 medium size tomatoes, cut into quarters
 1 purple onion, peeled and cut into thin rings
 Vinaigrette1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Ground black pepper1 To taste
 Parsley1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Watercress1 Bunch (100gm), garnish
 Salt To Taste

Directions

Mix lemon juice and water together in a small bowl.
Slice peeled avocado and dip into lemon juice mixture.
Drain.
Line a large serving platter with lettuce leaves.
Arrange avocados, ham, tomatoes and onion rings in a decorative spiral fashion on lettuce leaves.
Drizzle salad with lemon vinaigrette.
Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Garnish with watercress
