 Plain yogurt1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 large ripe avocado, peeled, seeded and coarsely chopped
 Shallots2 , chopped
 Green onion1 , chopped
 Dried tarragon1/2 Teaspoon, minced
 Pinch of oregano
 Lemon juice
 Ground pepper1 To taste
 Salt To Taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in processor or blender and mix until smooth.
Dip can be prepared 1 day ahead.
