Avocado Yogurt Dip Recipe
Ingredients
| Plain yogurt | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 large ripe avocado, peeled, seeded and coarsely chopped | ||
| Shallots | 2 , chopped | |
| Green onion | 1 , chopped | |
| Dried tarragon | 1/2 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Pinch of oregano | ||
| Lemon juice | ||
| Ground pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in processor or blender and mix until smooth.
