Avocado With Spicy Lemon Prawns Recipe
Ingredients

| Zest and 3 tablespoons juice from 1 lemon | ||
| 125 g / 4 1/2 oz peeled cooked prawns | ||
| 5 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise | ||
| Coriander seeds | 1 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Red chillies | 1 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Coriander leaves | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Green chilli | 1 , chopped | |
| Red chilli | 1 , chopped | |
| Sesame seeds | 1 Tablespoon (For the garnish:) | |

Directions
1. Halve the avocados and remove the stones. Brush the exposed flesh with a little of the lemon juice to prevent discoloration. Place the avocados cut side down on serving plates.
2. Squeeze out any excess water from the prawns.
3. Mix together the mayonnaise, lemon zest and juice, coriander seeds, dried chillies, fresh coriander, and fresh green and red chillies. Add the prawns and blend everything together.
4. Turn the avocado halves over and spoon equal amounts of the mixture into them.
