 Avocado pears - 2
 Red-skinned apples - 2
 Celery stalks4
 Onion2 Teaspoon, finely chopped
 Crab or lobster - 4 oz, canned
 Parsley2 Teaspoon, chopped
 French dressing2 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING
1) Halve and stone the avocado pears.
2) Core and dice the apples.
3) In a bowl, combine the apple, celery, onion, crab meat and parsley together.
4) Then drizzle the mixture with the French dressing.
5) Spoon the mixture equally in each avocado pear half and place on a serving dish.

SERVING
6) Serve the Avocado with Crispy Filling with some more French dressing.
