Avocado Tostadas Recipe

Ingredients
8 Old El Paso Tostada Shells
1 can (16-ounces) Old El Paso Refried Beans
4 cups browned ground beef
2 3/4 cups guacamole
1/2 cup sliced black olives
4 cups shredded lettuce
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
Old El Paso Taco Sauce
Season to taste
Directions
Prepare all ingredients.
Heat tostada shells according to package directions.
In separate skillets heat beans and browned meat.
Assemble tostadas by spreading equal portions of beans on each shell.
Next layer equal portions of meat and guacamole (reserving about 3/4 cup guacamole to garnish tops of tostadas); add olives, lettuce and cheese.
Top each with a large spoonful of guacamole and a dollop of sour cream.
If desired, Old El Paso hot or mild Taco Sauce may be sprinkled over tostada.
