Ingredients
2 Ibs. shrimp, boiled and shelled
1/4 teaspoon sugar
8 stalks celery
Salt and pepper to taste
2 hard boiled eggs
Mayonnaise to bind all together
2 tablespoons parsley
Black olives
1/2 medium sized bell pepper
2 avocados
Juice of 1 lemon
