 Avocado - 1 ripe, peeled and pitted
 Yellow tomato - 1 small
 Green onions2
 Pure vinegar - 1 teaspoon
 Sea kelp - 1 teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1) In a large bowl, add all the ingredients.
2) With a potato masher or a fork, mash the ingredients well.

SERVING
3) Use the Avocado Spread as a salad dressing or a dip. You can also use this as a filling for peppers and tomatoes.
