Avocado Curry Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Avocados - 2 ripe, peeled and pitted | ||
| Chicken broth - 4 cups, canned (or use chicken-bouillon cubes, 8 cubes to 4 cups of hot water) | ||
| Cream | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Light rum | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Seasoned salt | 1 Teaspoon (Curry powder - 1 teaspoon) | |
| Pepper | 1 To taste (Curry powder - 1 teaspoon) | |
| Lemon | 1 (Curry powder - 1 teaspoon) | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a blender, add all the ingredients together, except the lemon slices.
2) Blend thoroughly, until the soup is smooth, then refrigerate to chill.
SERVING
3) Serve the Avocado Soup chilled in mugs along with a slice of lemon.
