Ingredients

 Avocados - 2 ripe, peeled and pitted
 Chicken broth - 4 cups, canned (or use chicken-bouillon cubes, 8 cubes to 4 cups of hot water)
 Cream2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Light rum4 Tablespoon
 Seasoned salt1 Teaspoon (Curry powder - 1 teaspoon)
 Pepper1 To taste (Curry powder - 1 teaspoon)
 Lemon1 (Curry powder - 1 teaspoon)

Directions

MAKING
1) In a blender, add all the ingredients together, except the lemon slices.
2) Blend thoroughly, until the soup is smooth, then refrigerate to chill.

SERVING
3) Serve the Avocado Soup chilled in mugs along with a slice of lemon.
