Avocado Shrimp Bowls Recipe

| 1 cup cleaned cooked or canned shrimp, drained | ||
| 3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced | ||

Directions
Break up lettuce in bite-size pieces.
Tear endive and water cress in small pieces.
Arrange mixed greens in individual salad bowls.
Top with shrimp, egg slices, and avocado.
