Avocado Sherbet Recipe
Ingredients
1 1/8 cups sugar
Grated rind of 1 lemon
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 cups avocado pulp
3/4 cup lemon juice
Directions
Boil sugar and water together for 5 minutes.
Add lemon juice and lemon rind to the avocado pulp.
Then slowly add cooked sugar syrup.
Blend thoroughly.
Pour into refrigerator tray and freeze with temperature set to coldest.
Stir once during freezing.
