Tomato Avocado Salsa Recipe
I have only one word to describe this Avocado Salsa recipe : Superlicious! I just love Side Dish recipes and this dish is my only favorite amongst them. Ingredients
1 ripe avocado 1
1 Tb lemon juice 15 ml
1 tomato, finely chopped 1
1 Tb finely chopped fresh coriander 15 ml
1/4 tsp pepper 1 ml
Pinch salt
Directions
Peel avocado and remove pit.
In medium bowl using a fork, mash avocado with lemon juice.
Stir in tomato, coriander, pepper and salt.
