Avocado Pear Surprise Recipe

Ingredients
| Green bell pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Sweet red pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Avocados | 2 | |
| Ham | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Mayonnaise | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ketchup | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 3 tbsp pimento stuffed olives, sliced | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Reserve a few strips of green and red bell peppers for decoration.
Mince remainder.
Set aside.
Slice avocados in half lengthwise.
Remove pits.
With a spoon, scoop out flesh without breaking skin.
Set aside avocado shells.
In a bowl, mash avocado flesh.
Mix in remaining ingredients, except bell pepper garnish and olives.
Stuff avocado shells with mixture.
Transfer each avocado pear to an individual salad plate.
Garnish with bell pepper strips and olive slices.
