Avocado In Red Wine Recipe

| Red wine | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mint | 1/2 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), chopped | |
| 1 French shallot, chopped | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |

Directions
Peel avocados.
Remove pits.
Dice avocado flesh.
In a bowl, mix all ingredients.
Refrigerate overnight.
The next day, drain avocados, reserving red wine marinade to use as a salad dressing ingredient in another recipe.
