Avocado Ice Or Sherbet Recipe
Ingredients
| Avocado | 2 Cup (16 tbs), pureed | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/3 cup lemon or lime juice | ||
| 1 egg white, beaten stiff | ||
Directions
1. Mix the pureed avocado, salt and lemon juice.
2. Fold in the egg white and pour into the tray of an automatic refrigerator. Freeze to a mush.
3. Stir without removing from the tray. Then continue to freeze until firm, 1 to 2 1/2 hours longer.
