Avocado Honey Ice Cream Recipe
I have only one word to describe this Avocado Ice Cream recipe : Superlicious! This Avocado Ice Cream is so tasty that I cannot resist serving it as a Dessert often. If you have plenty of Fruits on hand then Avocado Ice Cream is the thing to make. Just try this yummy recipe. I am sure you will love it!
Ingredients
2 cups milk
1/4 cup honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, well beaten
1 cup heavy cream
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 cup sieved avocado
Directions
In a saucepan, combine milk, honey, and salt.
Bring to boiling.
Pour about 1/4 cup of the hot mixture over eggs.
Mix well, then pour back into the hot milk mixture, stir well, and cook for about 1 minute.
Remove from heat, stir in cream and lemon juice, and cool thoroughly.
Add avocado and mix well.
Pour into container of ice cream freezer and process until thick and smooth.
Put into covered container and place in deep freeze to harden.
