Avocado Ice Cream Recipe
Avocado Ice Cream is my all time favorite dessert. It is an ideal recipe which is simple and the ingredients are also easily available in the market. Serve this Avocado Ice Cream at the table today and watch it disappear in delight!

Ingredients
Corn syrup or clear honey - 1/4 cup
Superfine sugar - 3 1/4 cups
Avocado flesh - 2 1/4 lb
Juice of limes - 2
Decorate with: clusters ofredcurrants, or wild strawberries
Directions
MAKING
1 In a pan, combine the corn syrup or honey and the sugar with 1 quart cold water.
2 Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
3 When the sugar has completely dissolved, remove from the heat and allow to cool.
4 Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit.
5 Scoop all the flesh out of the skin.
6 In a blender, put the flesh with the lime juice and 1/2 cup of the syrup.
7 Blend until very smooth.
8 The lime juice prevents the flesh from discoloring.
9 Add the remaining syrup and blend.
10 You can process the mixture in two batches if the blender is not big enough.
11 If you have an electric ice cream maker, pour the mixture into it and process for 15 minutes.
12 Transfer into suitable containers.
13 Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
14 If you do not have the ice cream maker, pour into ice trays and freeze these.
15 Stir several times as the mixture starts to freeze and thicken.

16 Serve chilled in individual ice cream cups or dessert dishes.
