Avocado Halves with Spiced Shrimps Recipe
Ingredients

| Spice | 1 | |
| Ripe avocados | 2 Large | |
| Dairy sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |

Directions
GETTING READY
1. In a large pot of boiling water, dunk the shrimps and cook till pink
2. Drain the shrimp, shell and devein them. Place them in the chiller to chill before use
MAKING
3. Halve the avocado and remove the seed.
4. Spoon the shrimp into the avocado and season well
5. Use the rest of the ingredients as a dressing for the shrimps and the avocado.
SERVING
6. Serve as an appetizer
