Avocado And Blue Cheese Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
| Avocado pulp - 3/4 cup | ||
| Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Blue cheese | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Heavy cream | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Worcestershire | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Mustard | 1 Teaspoon, prepared | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a bowl sieve enough soft ripe avocado to make 3/4 cup.
2. Mix well adding lemon juice.
3. Sieve blue cheese and add to first mixture with heavy cream, Worcestershire, salt and prepared mustard.
SERVING
4. Chill and Transfer to an airtight container or jar, refrigerate and use with salads as required.
