Ingredients

 6 hard-cooked eggs, halved lengthwise
 3 slices bacon, crisp-cooked, drained, and crumbled
 3 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing
 Prepared mustard1 Tablespoon
 Paprika1/4 Teaspoon
 Salt1/8 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Dash
 Avocado1 Medium, finely chopped
 Paprika

Directions

Set aside hard-cooked egg whites.
Sieve egg yolks.
In a bowl combine sieved yolks with bacon, mayonnaise or salad dressing, mustard, the 1/4 teaspoon paprika, salt, and pepper.
Fold in avocado.
Pile avocado mixture into egg whites.
Sprinkle with additional paprika.
If desired, top each with a pimiento strip and some snipped parsley.
Arrange eggs on a platter; cover.
Chill.
