Avocado Deviled Eggs Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 hard-cooked eggs, halved lengthwise | ||
| 3 slices bacon, crisp-cooked, drained, and crumbled | ||
| Prepared mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| 3 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing | ||
| Avocado | 1 Medium, finely chopped | |
Directions
Set aside egg whites; sieve egg yolks.
Combine yolks with remaining ingredients except avocado; mix well.
Fold in avocado.
Refill egg whites with yolk mixture.
Sprinkle with additional paprika.
If desired, top each with a pimiento strip and a parsley sprig.
