Avocado Crabmeat Salad A La Ritz Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 cup diced cooked lobster | ||
| 1 cup flaked cooked crabmeat | ||
| Chopped tomato | 1 Tablespoon, peeled | |
| 1/2 teaspoon chopped chives or green onion tops | ||
| Dried tarragon | 1/4 Teaspoon, crumbled | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Mayonnaise | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Chili powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 large ripe avocado, halved and seeded | ||
| Pimiento strip | 4 | |
Directions
Combine first 8 ingredients and toss gently to mix.
Spoon mixture into avocado halves.
Top each with 2 crossed strips of pimiento.
