Avocado Crab Dip Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 large avocado, halved, seeded, peeled, and cut in cubes | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 thin slice of onion | ||
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, cut in cubes and softened | ||
| Dairy sour cream | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 7 1/2-ounce can crab meat, drained, flaked, and cartilage removed | ||
Directions
Put avocado, lemon juice, onion, and Worcestershire sauce in blender container; blend till smooth.
Add cream cheese, dairy sour cream, and salt to mixture in blender container; blend till combined.
Stir in crab meat; chill well.
Serve with assorted crackers.
