 1 large avocado, halved, seeded, peeled, and cut in cubes
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 1 thin slice of onion
 Worcestershire sauce1 Teaspoon
 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, cut in cubes and softened
 Dairy sour cream1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 1 7 1/2-ounce can crab meat, drained, flaked, and cartilage removed

Directions

Put avocado, lemon juice, onion, and Worcestershire sauce in blender container; blend till smooth.
Add cream cheese, dairy sour cream, and salt to mixture in blender container; blend till combined.
Stir in crab meat; chill well.
Serve with assorted crackers.
