Avocado Citrus Jelly Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 6-ounce package orange-pineapple-flavored gelatin | ||
| Boiling water | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 16-ounce bottle grapefruit carbonated beverage, chilled | ||
| 2 medium avocados, halved, seeded, peeled, and sliced crosswise | ||
| Grapefruit | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lettuce | ||
Directions
In large bowl dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Stir in grapefruit carbonated beverage.
Chill till partially set (consistency of unbeaten egg whites).
Fold in avocados and grapefruit.
Pour into 6 1/2-cup ring mold.
Chill for several hours or overnight or till firm.
Unmold onto lettuce-lined plate.
