1 avocado
2 eggs
3/4 c butter
1tbsp vanilla
1 c milk
2 1/3 c flour
1/2 c cocoa
1 c sugar
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
Directions
Mash a well ripe avocado. Mix butter and eggs in it. Add vanilla, milk. In another bowl, mix flour, cocoa, sugar and salt. Now mix the wet and dry mixture. Fill cups with the batter. Now bake it for 20 minutes at 375 F. Allow it to cool. The avocado cup cakes are ready.
