2 three-egg omelets (add another 1/8 teaspoon curry powder to the omelet mixture)
 
Avocado slices (optional)

Directions

Combine avocado, tomato, lemon juice, garlic salt, and curry powder.
Toss lightly.
Fill each omelet with 2 tablespoons filling.
