Avocado And Shrimp Cream Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 large, very ripe avocados, peeled and pitted | ||
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Sour cream | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Shrimp | 1/2 Pound, cooked, shelled | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Put a strainer over a mixing bowl and rub the avocados through the strainer with the back of a wooden spoon.
Clean out the strainer and rub the avocados through again.
Beat in the remaining ingredients and spoon the mixture into a serving bowl.
