| Ripe avocados | 2 | |
| Button mushrooms | 250 Gram | |
| Prawns | 250 Gram, peeled | |
| Peppercorn | 125 Milliliter | |
| Parsley sprigs to garnish | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) On a large flat plate, arrange the watercress and avocado around the edge.
2) In the center, add the mushrooms in a heap.
3) Top with prawns and the dressing.
SERVING
4) Garnish with parsley and serve.
