Avocado And Hearts Of Palm Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 large ripe Haas avocados, peeled and pitted | ||
| Hearts of palm | 1 16 Ounce, drained, rinsed | |
| Olive oil | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Red wine vinegar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 10 large shavings of Pecorino | ||
| Romano or Parmesan cheese | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
1. Cut avocados and hearts of palm into similar sizes, either lengthwise or into bite-size pieces. Mix together gently.
2. Divide into 4 parts and place on individual plates.
3. Whisk together oil and vinegar. Pour over avocado and hearts of palm.
4. Sprinkle shavings of cheese over the salad. Add salt and coarsely ground pepper to taste.
