Avocado And Egg Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients

| 2 avocados, seeded, peeled, and chopped | ||

| 4 pita bread rounds, halved crosswise | ||
| Tomatoes | 2 , chopped | |
| Lettuce | 4 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Alfalfa sprouts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
In bowl combine eggs, avocados, mayonnaise, and curry powder.
Spoon about 1/2 cup of the mixture into each of the pita halves.
Top with tomato, lettuce, and alfalfa sprouts.
Sprinkle with salt.
