Avocado And Crab Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Ripe avocados | 4 | |
| Onion | 1 , finely chopped | |
| Crabmeat | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), finely chopped | |
| Light cream | 1 Pint | |
| Flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Chicken stock | 1 Quart | |
| Bay leaves | 2 | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
Saute onion and garlic in butter, add flour and chicken stock.
Whip until smooth.
Mash avocados and crabmeat and add to the soup.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Finish by adding the cream and seasonings to taste.
