Avocado And Bean Sprouts Recipe
Ingredients
| Avocados | 2 Large | |
| Lemon or lime juice | ||
| Honey | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sour cream | 1 /4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salad dressing | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Green onions | 1 /4 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Garlic salt | 1 /2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground ginger | 1 /8 Teaspoon | |
| Bean sprouts | 1 /4 Pound | |
| Celery | 1 /4 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
| Water chestnuts | 1 /4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
Directions
Peel and halve avocados and remove pits.
Drizzle lemon or lime juice over avocados.
Combine honey with sour cream, salad dressing, green onions, parsley, garlic salt, and ginger; stir until well blended.
Rinse bean sprouts and pat dry with paper towels.
Chop sprouts slightly and put into a bowl.
Add celery and water chestnuts.
Toss well with honey-sour cream dressing.
Put avocado halves on a bed of salad greens, and spoon bean sprouts over avocados.
