 Lemon or lime juice

 Parsley1 Tablespoon, chopped
 Garlic salt1 /2 Teaspoon
 Ground ginger1 /8 Teaspoon
 Bean sprouts1 /4 Pound
 Celery1 /4 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
 Water chestnuts1 /4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced

Directions

Peel and halve avocados and remove pits.
Drizzle lemon or lime juice over avocados.
Combine honey with sour cream, salad dressing, green onions, parsley, garlic salt, and ginger; stir until well blended.
Rinse bean sprouts and pat dry with paper towels.
Chop sprouts slightly and put into a bowl.
Add celery and water chestnuts.
Toss well with honey-sour cream dressing.
Put avocado halves on a bed of salad greens, and spoon bean sprouts over avocados.
