| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust the quantity of water as needed) | |

| Oil | 1 Teaspoon (For Seasoning) | |
| Mustard seeds | 1 Teaspoon (For Seasoning) | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, finely chopped (For Seasoning) | |
| Tomato | 1 Medium, finely chopped (For Seasoning) | |
| Grated coconut/Desiccated coconut | 5 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated (For Grinding) | |
| Ginger | 1⁄2 Inch (For Grinding) | |
| Onion | 1 , chopped (For Grinding) | |
| Roasted gram | 1 Teaspoon (For Grinding) | |
| Coriander | 2 Teaspoon (For Grinding) | |
| Sambar powder | 1 Teaspoon (For Grinding) | |
| Water | 1 Tablespoon (Adjust the quantity of water and grind to smooth paste) |
Directions
In a pressure Cooker put oil.
When it is hot,add mustard seeds,allow to splutter.
Add onion and fry till brown colour.
Then add tomato, Toovar Lilva and fry till they become mashy.
Now add grinded masala,salt ,water little and stir for sec.
Now allow bubbles to come.
Taste it and close the lid.
When 2 whistle comes switch it of.
Transfer to a bowl when it is cool.
Eat with Hot Rice,Chapati.
