Avarekaalina Gojju Recipe
Ingredients
Toovar Lilva-2cup
Salt to Taste
Water as required
Coriander for garnishing
For Seasoning:-
Oil-1tsp
Mustard Seeds-1tsp
Onion-1(m size)finely chopped
Tomato-1(m size)finely chopped
For Grinding:-
Coconut(grated or desicated)-11/2tsp
Ginger-1/2''inch
Onion-1chopped
Roasted Gram-1tsp
Coriander-2tsp
Sambar Powder-1tsp
Water(little) and grind to smooth paste
Directions
In a pressure Cooker put oil.
When it is hot,add mustard seeds,allow to splutter.
Add onion and fry till brown colour.
Then add tomato, Toovar Lilva and fry till they become mashy.
Now add grinded masala,salt ,water little and stir for sec.
Now allow bubbles to come.
Taste it and close the lid.
When 2 whistle comes switch it of.
Transfer to a bowl when it is cool.
Eat with Hot Rice,Chapati.
