| Sweet cider | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Honey | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Orange | 1 , quartered and pitted (Along With Peel) | |
| Mace | 1 Pinch, ground | |
| Mint sprig | 1 | |
| Raw cranberries | 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) |

Directions
Heat remaining cider and in it dissolve gelatin mixture.
Cool to lukewarm.
Place all ingredients in blender.
Blend until smooth.
Turn into mold or small molds.
Chill until firm and unmold.
