|Limes||3 Medium, quartered|
|Ripe firm tomatoes||3 Pound, chopped|
|Brown sugar||3 Pound|
|Apples||2 Pound, peeled, cored and chopped|

|Peaches||2 Medium, halved, pitted and chopped|
|Red bell pepper||1 , seeded and chopped|
|Dark raisins||1⁄2 Pound|
|Golden raisins||1⁄2 Pound|
|Vinegar||1 1⁄2 Pint (3 Cup)|
|Mustard seed||2 Teaspoon|
|Garam masala/Curry powder||2 Teaspoon|

Finely chop limes with peppers in processor or blender.
Transfer to Dutch oven or other large kettle.
Add remaining ingredients and blend.
Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
Reduce heat and simmer until dark and thick, about 2 hours, stirring often and watching carefully to prevent mixture from burning.
Ladle into hot sterilized jars to within 1/2 inch of top and seal.
Process 5 minutes in boiling water bath.
Remove from water and let stand until cooled.
Test for seal.
