Autumn Fruit Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Lychees | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Mandarin orange segments | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Pineapple chunks | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| 2 cups honeydew melon balls | ||
| Asian pear | 1 Large, cut in to chunks | |
| Lime juice | 2 Tablespoon (Dressing) | |
| Honey | 1 1/2 Tablespoon (Dressing) | |
| 1 tablespoon plum wine | ||
| 1 tablespoon plum sauce | ||
| Mint sprigs for garnish | ||
Directions
Combine all fruits in a bowl.
Cover and chill.
In a separate bowl, combine dressing ingredients.
Cover and chill for 2 hours for flavors to blend.
Just before serving, pour dressing over fruit and stir to mix lightly.
Garnish with mint sprigs.
