Authentic Ratatouille Recipe
Ingredients
| Olive oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |

| Green peppers | 2 To taste | |

| Zucchini - 5 small, cut into 1/2-inch slices | ||

| Salt | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Thyme | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Tablespoon | |
| Olive oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Take a saucepan and heat 1/4 cup olive oil.
2) Put onion and garlic to the oil. Cook for 5 minutes and then add the vegetables in layer.
3) Sprinkle each layer with salt, pepper and thyme.
4) Pour 1 teaspoon of olive oil and cover the pan.
5) Simmer for 35 minutes on low heat.
6) Uncover the pan and simmer for 10 minutes.
SERVING
7) Serve the dish into 8 individual serving plates.
