Austrian Ham and Noodle Dish Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 pound wide noodles, broken | ||
| Cooked ham | 1 pound, diced | |
| Light cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 , beaten | |
| Salt | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 cup grated Parmesan or Swiss cheese | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon, melted | |
Directions
Cook and drain noodles.
Combine with ham.
Place in buttered shallow baking dish.
Beat cream and eggs together.
Add salt (if the ham is not salty) and pepper.
Pour over ham and noodles.
Sprinkle with cheese and butter.
Bake in preheated moderate oven (350°F.) for 45 minutes.
