Australian Lamb Loin Chops Recipe
Ingredients
| Lamb chops- 8 no-€™s | ||
| Olive oil | 3 Tablespoon (To be mixed into Garlic and Rosemary Sauce) | |
| Garlic- 2 medium no-€™s, crushed | ||
| Rosemary | 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped (To be mixed into Garlic and Rosemary Sauce) | |
| Peanut butter | 3 Tablespoon (To be mixed into Satay Sauce) | |
| Honey | 3 Tablespoon (To be mixed into Satay Sauce) | |
| Light soy sauce | 3 Tablespoon (To be mixed into Satay Sauce) | |
| Olive oil | 3 Tablespoon (To be mixed into Barbecue Sauce) | |
| Soy sauce | 3 Tablespoon (To be mixed into Barbecue Sauce) | |
| Brown sugar | 1 1/2 Tablespoon (To be mixed into Barbecue Sauce) | |
| Ginger | 1 (To be mixed into Barbecue Sauce) | |
| Honey | 3 Tablespoon (To be mixed into Soy and Honey Sauce) | |
| Light soy sauce | 3 Tablespoon (To be mixed into Soy and Honey Sauce) | |
Directions
MAKING
1. Heat barbecue or grill on high.
2. Once hot, place the lamb chops and grill on both sides for 2 minutes, or till they start to brown.
3. Using a pastry brush, apply sauce of your choice on lamb chops and grill for 5 more minutes on each side.
4. Alternatively, you can sear lamb chops in a heavy bottomed pan also.
SERVING
5. Serve lamb chops along with prepared sauces.
