 Light soy sauce3 Tablespoon (To be mixed into Satay Sauce)
 Olive oil3 Tablespoon (To be mixed into Barbecue Sauce)
 Soy sauce3 Tablespoon (To be mixed into Barbecue Sauce)
 Brown sugar1 1/2 Tablespoon (To be mixed into Barbecue Sauce)
 Ginger1 (To be mixed into Barbecue Sauce)

Directions

MAKING
1. Heat barbecue or grill on high.
2. Once hot, place the lamb chops and grill on both sides for 2 minutes, or till they start to brown.
3. Using a pastry brush, apply sauce of your choice on lamb chops and grill for 5 more minutes on each side.
4. Alternatively, you can sear lamb chops in a heavy bottomed pan also.

SERVING
5. Serve lamb chops along with prepared sauces.
