| 2-3 lbs. smoked sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces | ||
| 2 Tbsp. water, or oil | ||
| Bell peppers | 2 To taste, chopped | |

| Mushrooms | 1/2 Pound, sliced | |
| Sauerkraut | 1 Quart, drained | |
| 2 14 1/2-oz. cans diced tomatoes with green peppers | ||

| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Brown sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a slow cooker, arrange the sausage and heat on low.
2) In a pan, heat oil and saute pepper, onion, mushroom.
3) In a slow cooker, combine all the ingredients, cover, and cook on low for 5-6 hours or 3-4 hours on high.
SERVING
4) Serve with mashed potatoes.
