Ingredients
| Butter milk | 1 Pint | |
| Eggs | 3 , separated | |
| Sugar | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup butter, scant | ||
| Flour | 4 Tablespoon | |
| 2 unbaked pastry shells | ||
Directions
Cream butter, sugar, and egg yolks well.
Add flour, beat.
Add buttermilk and stir well.
Add well-beaten egg whites, stir enough to mix.
Bake as any custard pie in unbaked pastry shells.
