Aubergine Au Gratin Recipe
Ingredients
| Zucchini or aubergine - 2 medium sized | ||
| Tomatoes | 4 | |
| Strong, aged cheese | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven moderately to 250' C
2) Slice aubergine or squash in 2-3 cm. thick slices.
MAKING
3) In a saucepan boil aubergine or squash for 3 minutes.
4) Take off from water, drain and place them on an ovensafe form.
5) Put a tomato slice on each.
6) Cover with cheese.
7) Bake for 10 minutes.
SERVING
8) Serve hot.
