Directions
Peel the potatoes.
Use a mandolin to slice the potatoes. Use a kitchen towel to pat dry the potato slices.
Lay the dried potato slices in a heavy enamel cast iron pan. Lay them evenly in a single layer. Season the layer with a little salt and black pepper.
Then sprinkle some cheddar cheese and pour some infused milk.
Then lay another layer of potatoes.
It’s ready to go into the oven, bake it at 375 degrees for about an hour.
