Asparagus With Ripe Olive Butter Recipe
Ingredients
1/3 cup butter
1/2 clove garlic, minced
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Few grains black pepper
1/4 cup ripe olive rings
2 pkgs. (10 oz. each) frozen asparagus spears, cooked and drained
Seasoned salt
Directions
Heat butter and garlic about 5 minutes over low heat.
Mix in lemon juice, pepper, and olive rings; heat thoroughly.
Arrange hot asparagus on a heated serving dish, sprinkle with seasoned salt, and top with olive butter.
