Asparagus Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Asparagus | 675 Gram | |
| Sauce | 45 Milliliter | |
| Sugar | 7.5 Milliliter | |
| Sesame oil | 2.5 Milliliter |
Directions
1 Trim the asparagus and cut it in 7.5 cm (3in) pieces.
Parboil the tender tops for 30 seconds and the stems for 2 minutes.
Drain.
2 Mix the soya sauce, sugar and oil and pour it over the asparagus.
Chill in the refrigerator and serve.
