2 tablespoons each lemon juice, sesame oil and white wine vinegar
 
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
 
1 green onion, chopped (white part only)
 
dash salt and Mexican seasoning

Directions

Trim ends from asparagus and plunge into boiling salted water.
Cook 2 minutes, drain, and chill.
Combine lemon juice, oil, vinegar, cilantro, onion, salt, and Mexican seasoning and spoon over the asparagus.
Chill thoroughly.
